3rd time staying in Unit 1 & just as fabulous as ever. We had friends with us this time & they were just as blown away by the apartment & views - should mention that both gents are golfers so lots of time on the balcony with a beer commenting on the play. We had such a good time that we’ve already booked a return trip later in the year. Big shout out to the staff at Hole 19 who were very welcoming & accommodating, Angelo made an emergency visit to sort the TV out for the Rugby!! Looking forward already to our next visit.

This is our second time here, just back on the 8th June, this is one of the best visas, locations in Teneriffe, no need to look anymore book this villa. We were in unit q this year and unit 2 last year. We will be back next year again.

This is our second stay here and it is totally fabulous… I challenge anyone to find a better view on the Golf adel Sur than the one you wake up to here every morning 🥰
Last year we had the pleasure of having the big 4 bedroomed one but I have to say after some do suasion we actually prefer Unit 1.. it opens out at pool level and we didn’t have to be concerned about our youngest going into a lift down to the pool as we were already there, although set back and private. Beautiful beautiful beautiful my only issue was 11 days wasn’t long enough and went in the blink of an eye 😢
Staff were fabulous again, very attentive and remembered us from last year - can’t wait to be back ❤️

As soon as we opened the door we were surprised by how spacious the apartment was. Views of the golf course, 3 bathrooms, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Regarding the gym, it was a detail to be able to do downloaded exercise routines in these days of disconnection. The attention of the staff was wonderful, they were attentive at all times. An incredible experience!

We have just returned from a week staying in Amarilla Golf Villas and we had a wonderful holiday. The villas are spacious, clean and you have your own area to sunbathe as well as a communal area. Views are incredible to the sea and also if you like to watch golf as you look directly onto the golf course. The on-site 19th hole bar we wold highly recommend. They are so helpful and food and cocktails lovely! Will definitely be back.

Great views. The accommodation was excellent, exactly as advertised! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend the food at The 19th Hole. The location is nice and peaceful but near enough to the more lively places. We will definitely return for another stay!

Unit 1 is in the most perfect location for the men in our party to play golf and has lovely areas for the women to relax. Not too far from bars and restaurants but we were happy to eat at the 19th Hole on many of our days/evenings there. The apartment is big, airy and clean and well equipped and we all felt was excellent value for money. The only one thing we thought would improve it would be locks on the communal bathroom doors (as three couples travelling we had to adapt our own system to let people know it was occupied). That being said, it was no big issue for us and is the only thing I could find that could be improved on. The check-in was easy and I must give the biggest compliment to Benny and all of the staff at the 19th Hole. Not only do they provide great food and drink but the service was excellent and Benny constantly went above and beyond with any request we made of her! This is definitely somewhere I would recommend and stay again in the future.

This was our third visit to these apartments and we weren’t disappointed. We had one issue with a door which was sorted out quickly and efficiently by the staff.
The on-site staff are amazing so friendly.

Cheeky golf trip away with some pals during Nov 20. Was so nice to get away
I knew the area anyway and had always wondered what the villa's were like to stay at. They are as good as they look! Very spacious lounge and kitchen and a lovely master bedroom with large terrace and balcony.
Whilst in a quieter area with the golf it was easy to access local areas and the walk to sandblas was good exercise! However the staff at the 19th hole (attached to the villas) were extremely attentive including checking in and out

We had a fabulous 5 week stay in unit 1, the staff are all fabulous and a credit to the property. The updated 19th hole was amazing and we spent a lot of time drinking and eating there. Would recommend these apartments to everyone. The only slight issue we had was that unit 1 did not have air conditioning although the website description of the apartment advised it did have! I won’t like to be there in the summer months without air con. We have already booked to go back again

Regarding your comment about Air con as per the conversation you had with the staff during your stay and our email correspondence on the matter, I reiterate that Unit 1 does have air con but this is switched on in the summer months only (from Easter Onwards). This is EXACTLY as advertised.

Lovely property but spoiled by very badly stained rug in lounge which we had to clean ourselves. Dining chairs were so stained we couldn’t use them. No fresh linen or towels until Wednesday of the second week and tv very problematic. Directly under flight path and workmen on apartment roof and in property immediately next door during second week with major drilling none of which we had been advised of.

We apologise about the small stain on rug - this has now been replaced. We are unsure what you mean by any stains on the dining chars though......
As per the advert all guest receive a complimentary change of linen / towels half way through their stay. If you require more this can be arranged at a very small charge directly with the on-site staff who are there to serve your needs.
During your stay there were some solar panels being put up on the roof of the main building. The noise was very minimal but we apologise for any inconvenience whilst this necessary work was undertaken. There was no work in the property next door!
The development has recently won awards from well known on- line booking platforms and we are very proud of its quality, location and the service given to our guests. We believe we offer something highly unique and will always do our best to ensure our clients have the best possible experience with us. Hope to see you again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Amarilla Golf Villas. Unit 1 was beautifully spacious and had a very large balcony and huge terrace at ground level. It was ideal for us as our 18 month old grandson was not too near the pool to be a concern. There were plenty of chairs and sun beds for the balcony and terrace with wonderful views across the golf course to the sea and marina. We were surprised how quiet it was considering it was a school half term holiday and even the occasional aircraft noise was no problem. The bar and restaurant beyond the pool was very convenient. The staff were most friendly and welcoming and the food was really good. We had three meals there in our week’s holiday and a few in the resort which was only a 10 to 15 minute stroll away.
Markos, the owner, was often on site and available if there was ever an issue to discuss. The addition of air conditioning which we were informed will be added in June will be the finishing touch; however there were plenty of fans available so heat was not an issue at the end of May. My family and I would not hesitate to return again!

Five of us stayed for the first time at this accommodation and can honestly say it fully met our needs and expectations. We arranged the holiday primarily to play golf at Amarilla, the location (overlooking the 13th green) is perfect. The terraces are very spacious and the area (including the impressive pool) is well maintained. Marcos (owner) was away when we arrived but he did introduce himself on his return and made us feel very welcome. We also greatly appreciated the help we received on our final day. Angelo and the staff at 19th hole are really friendly and made sure we were well looked after. We were impressed and are already making plans to return to this accommodation (which is likely to be even better) in 2020. We recommend this property and the overall booking/communication experience. Thanks to all.

We had a great stay at unit 1 Amarilla Golf Villas. Accommodation was really nice and modern with great views over the golf course down to the marina. The bar attached to the property was excellent and the staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the food was very good. The property was close enough to everything but far enough away to be quiet. The master bedroom was fantastic and spacious but the other 2 bedrooms were a little on the small side, but this was not a deal breaker. It would also have been nice to have the towels changed during the week we were there as this has always been done wherever we have stayed before.
Overall we had a fantastic holiday in top class accommodation and would recommend them to anybody wanting a little luxury without a 5 star price tag. We will definitely be back.

High quality property, wonderful views, great location, lovely on-site bar / restaurant with friendly staff.
Our villa was Unit 1 which is at the far end of the development and is the most private. We found it extremely comfortable. The wi-fi is fast and the internet based TV system gets literally 1000s of channels with TV from all around and the world in every language!! As well as all the normal UK speaking channels (BBC, ITV etc) we enjoyed BT Sport and SKY!
The pools is gorgeous and with the new heating system that has apparently just been installed it was warm enough even in March to swim.
We have been visiting Golf Del Sur / Amarilla for nearly 15 years now and this is by far the best accommodation we have seen. We are so pleased we have now found somewhere that we will return to time and time again.
If you want to visit this area then stay at Amarilla Golf Villas - you won't be disappointed!

I recently stayed at Unit 1. I was not disappointed! This complex is excellently located, with stunning views of the Amarilla Golf course, Amarilla Marina and coastline. Marcus and his team were very friendly and welcoming; nothing was too much trouble for them in making our stay as enjoyable as it could be. The complex is extremely clean, modern and the bar/restaurant is excellent value for money with very good food and drink range. We ate there several times and I would certainly go again. Unit 1 is spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The Wifi and television system are superb. The kitchen is state of the art and although I would have liked to have seen a few more basic kitchen utensils for cooking, it is well stocked with plenty of glasses etc. The outside space, directly outside on the terrace is fabulous, with plenty of room to space yourself out without encroaching on other guests. Sunbeds were luxurious and very comfortable, with plenty of them in and around the pool area. Finally, the booking agent Jon and his team were extremely helpful, all of my questions were answered promptly and fully which was very much appreciated.
I have stayed in Amarilla and Golf Del Sur, in many different places over the last 8 years and I can highly recommend this complex, for me, it was the best accommodation I have stayed in within the area - made even better by the wonderful team who work there and the support I received from the agents.
Thanks for all of your time, help and attention. I very much look forward to returning at Christmas!

This apartment is new and has wonderful views of the golf course and down towards the Marina. An easy walk to most of the restaurants and bars in nearby Golf del Sur which has more to offer than the sleepier Amarilla Golf.
The outside space at the apartment is excellent. Inside the apartment the furnishings are what you would expect but the wi-fi and TV/satellite channels are first class. The apartment could do with more wine glasses, table and drink mats and more cooking utensils but I'm sure these will be provided in time.
The cafe/bar on-site is a real bonus. All staff from Marcos down were very helpful and eager to make sure you really enjoyed your stay.
