Just back from yet another stay at Amarilla Golf Villas (3rd time now and this time we stayed in Unit 6) and what a lovely apartment it is! Everything we needed was available and a very spacious, private rooftop terrace which was perfect for relaxation. The views are amazing and never ceased to put a smile on our faces.
Communication with management ('Jon' and 'Carlos' following a delayed flight was A1 and helped to relieve the stress we had endured coming over.
The staff at the on-site '19th Hole' were fantastic as always (thanks to Sebastien, Lucia, Innis, Angelo and everyone else) and the food was great. Spent most nights here as so convenient and didn't have far to walk after a few drinks!
We highly recommend a stay at Amarilla Golf Villas and we hope to book our 4th stay as soon as possible.

A great apartment with fantastic views for chilling out.
The 19th Hole restaurant and bar in the complex was very friendly with a great atmosphere and lovely food.
Additionally, it is a short walk to the marina and coastal restaurants and bars, there are many different cuisines to ensure you have a great choice.

We spent 5 nights in this clean and tidy penthouse apartment with amazing views of the sea and mountains. Having booked 2 apartments on-site we transferred from the open plan 1 bedroom apartment and the move was facilitated seamlessly by local property manager Carlos. The penthouse has a fantastic outside space with is very private. We would happily return.

Overall a perfect stay. Just a couple of minor inconveniences which were resolved. Could not work tv but on our third day of our stay in the unit Angelo looked at it but it was “blocked ?”. This was sorted the following day, no problem. As we were staying for 4 weeks we needed an ironing board, we asked for one via Angelo and Bene but it took two weeks before we received one, only a minor upset, again no problem.
It did not stop us rebooking for 5 weeks next year as we really enjoyed every aspect of our stay and hope to even book a couple of weeks before returning in November.

Just stayed at Unit 6 at the beginning of November, lovely place, modern, clean, spectacular views all round. Staff very helpful and pleasant, food in the restaurant is great with a lovely atmosphere. To cap it all, the weather matched the views, 26c and sunny every day, perfect. !

We are surprised you did not see the cleaners who are in every day cleaning communal areas, terraces and our on-site bar and restaurant.
As the instructions sent to you outline, we offer self catering apartments and they are fully prepared for our guests arrival. Linen and bed changes included in the price are weekly but if guests would like this done more often please do arrange with the on-site staff (payable locally) who will be only too happy to help.
We enjoyed having you as a guest and we hope to welcome you back again in the future.

This is the 5 th time I have stayed here and have now stayed in 4 of the 6 apartments
They have always been clean and well equipped and the sun deck with apartment 6 was fantastic as was the bar and the food great pool and location.
For me the staff make staying here a pleasure always willing to help always smiling and always very happy

The location sells this property with stunning views of the sea and inland to Teide from the large terrace. Despite the nearby airport, the aircraft noise was not intrusive and generally the area was very quiet in the evening and at night.
There is some building work going on locally, so deducted one star from "area", which is mainly residential.
There is plenty of adjacent parking and the property is secure.
The outside space was well equipped with loungers and seating.
The second bedroom is as described, small and functional but the living accommodation was more than adequate, and I was able to accommodate 2 visitors easily for a few nights.
The property was clean and tidy and there was plenty of cutlery and crockery, although some of the latter needs replacing due to chips.
Most of the fixtures and fittings were from Ikea and are now in need of some readjustment of hinges to allow the doors to close properly. All minor stuff, but couldn't give 5 stars for this.
The provision of a valuables safe was a benefit.
A dishwasher would have been a bonus for me, but I imagine most visitors will be eating out in the many local restaurants.
The nearby 19th hole was extremely convenient, I recommend the cod, and again the views were exceptional.
Great for golfers and very adjacent for the motorway to get to other areas of the island.

There is a new complex being built in the resort but you cannot hear or see it from our complex. (There is building work of some sort going on in every resort in Tenerife!)
We will certainly replace any crockery that needs it. We have not bought any furniture from Ikea (!)
The " nearby" 19th hole restaurant you refer too is of course our own on-site restaurant and bar. We are so glad you enjoyed eating there and as you say the views are just as exceptional too.

Recently returned froma very relaxing week here . The main element of unit 6 is the outside private space , so much privacy plus all the facilities to enjoy it .
Inside the living space is excellent. Views , could not get anything more spectacular especially waking up in the morning .
Comms with the host are very good , very attentive and responsive .
Cafe attached to the building is very good , surprisingly very good quality of food and the staff are excellent , welcoming and provide a very high level of service .
We arrived late evening and were dealt with easily and shown to the apartment, did not get the guys name .. Italian person .. really nice guy and very friendly .. wanted to help .. could not fault any part of the experience .

My wife and I have spend a week in Unit 6.
Pros : Many positive things. First of all the facility has very good view: Ocean in one side and Mount Teide is on the other side. Although there is a nice big terrace surrounding the apartment we felt that we had some level of privacy.
We never had a problem to find a park place for our rental car. The lady who welcomed us has very well explained all details and I did not need to go back and ask questions. Check out process was also very easy. The rooms are big enough to facilitate 4 people, but we were just 2. Rooms, towels and linens were also clean. We found all kitchen tools properly. TV has many channels. Furnitures in and out were all ok and functioning well. I did not need a technical assistance.
We did not use the pool and prefered swimming in the sea. It was nice to watch golfers.
We did not really find a negative point in the apartment or surrounding area.
Last but not least, If we will visit Tenerife island again, we will stay in Unit 6.

We were 3 brothers playing golf every day. The apartment was perfect overlooking Amarilla golf course across a marina to the Atlantic Sea. Magnificent views. We loved watching golfers playing to the Green just below us. Nice big terrace to sit out. The apartment was fitted out with everything we needed and due to a bit of a heat wave we appreciated the Air Conditioning. Jon was very very helpful in getting us booked in at the last moment and the staff on site were lovely and responsive. The 19th hole restaurant/bar was great too. This is a quiet area but there are good restaurants 15 mins walk and great restaurants an easy 5 minute drive in the beautiful fishing village of Los Abrigos. We couldn’t have had a better holiday. All the courses are good to excellent and all well maintained Amarilla is very friendly staff and many interesting holes. Same for Golf Del Sur. Las American is a wonderful course And Adeje very good as well. There are other courses further away which I believe are excellent but we didn’t need the journey. I highly recommend Amarilla golf villas.

Have stayed here for 5 nights and our experience exceeded all expectations. Very good location, spacious apartments, including private terace, ocean view one side and mountain view other side, which is completely safe for small children. Large living room, comfortable children bedroom, master bedroom with spectacular view and kitchen including all needed tools made our vacation relaxing. Busy resorts are very close, but they are so crowded, you're lucky if you find where to park the car. This area is calm, plenty of parking space nearby, which is very important if you want to explore the island and do not waste your time looking for parking. Last, but not least, is "The 19'th hole" restaurant with fresh and large menus, reasonable prices and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Wish you the best luck and hope to stay here sometime again!
