Stunning 4 bed, 3 bath villa in Amarilla Golf, lovely views, Wi-Fi, private pool and private terrace.

This detached villa is brand new, and has only just entered the rental market.

Set in a quiet area, yet with all amenities within close walking distance, this villa is well appointed throughout.

The villa has Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
Air con in LIVING AREA only - introduced from June 2024 onwards.

On the ground floor there is a lovely new modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven and microwave.
There is a lovely open plan living area with sofa, armchair and satellite TV.
There is a bedroom on this floor with double bed, and a separate bathroom.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom, with double bed and ensuite shower room.
Patio doors lead from here to the balcony.

There are two further twin bedrooms bedrooms on this floor, serviced by a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Accessed by stairs from the landing, there is wonderful private roof terrace offering all day sun and panoramic sea, golf course and mountain views.

The property has its own private pool. Approximate dimensions are 5.2m x 2.5m plus the steps. The depth is 1.4 all over except steps area.
Surrounding the pool are plenty of sun beds, plus a table and chairs for al fresco dining!


The villa has a safe in the bedroom, and one in the lounge.

Location
10 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).

The Resort:

Amarilla Golf is a thriving holiday resort. Within walking distance of the villa there are bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Less than a 10 minute stroll along the coast will bring you to the new marina where there are some lovely sea front restaurants, bars and shops. The main resort centre Golf del Sur is just a couple of minutes drive away (or 20 minutes walk) and here there are plenty more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.

Golf Del Sur has an excellent medical centre / pharmacy.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 20 minute drive. Transport to these attractions is available from the resort. There are many local taxis and we can also supply hire cars through a firm that has an office just 10 minutes walk away.

Los Cristianos is a 15 minute drive away and here you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the relative peace of your wonderful villa.

Perfect location for our family holiday! Lots of little bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The 19th hole bar does fantastic cocktails especially the daiquiri! Europa 3 bar and restaurant was good and also the Irish bar, Wildgeese, was lovely with huge measures of gin! My only complaint would be the pool temperature. It was absolutely freezing so didn't even go in the pool which seems pointless having a pool if you can't even go in it. All in all, a lovely villa!

Overall, it's a lovely spotlessly clean villa. I would say that it could be improved by just providing more equipment for instance there is a travel size kettle which hold enough water for 3 cups, no toaster, 3 Place mats. This is a 4 bedroom villa that sleeps 8 people, so would expect company to cater for that amount. No full length mirror which I would have appreciated. Pool very narrow. We booked 10 nights and should have had bedding , towels changed weekly as shown on booking however this didn't happen. I would say make sure that you get all you're details correct at booking for example we booked 10 nights then booked flights but could only get suitable flights for 9 nights. I informed the company approx 2 days after booking but they would not ammend the booking and I had to pay for extra night, which I felt was very unfair and unnecessary. Quiet area.

Thank you for the review. It's really pleasing to see the accommodation described as "lovely and spotlessly clean". It is a new villa and as you have outlined it was missing a few day to day items - which have now been purchased. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Yes you booked for 10 nights and only stayed for 9 but had a very late check-out on your last day so were able to use the villa for the whole time. Had you just paid for 9 nights then the check-out would have been 10am leaving you with a long day lugging around cases before your flight departed. Thank you for being lovely guests. We hope to welcome you back again in the future.

    How to find us

    Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.

    Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts. Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive. Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.
